To 2011.

It’s been quite a year - it’d be impossible to recount, but highlights include -

A california visit from my sisters, a new class of puddles, another successful Wenchuan, an incredible summer in Istanbul (and a visit from S), a wonderful trip to Oregon with my family, a unseasonably warm fall, a semester of finally loving my classes (plant labs, dissections, immunology research and yes, physics), a weekend trip home, dinners with my godbrother, thanksgiving with the grandparents and cousins, and a ridiculously relaxing time at home.

I can’t wait to see what 2012 brings - it’s crazy that the years are flying by as they are. My resolutions, as they always are - to be honest with myself and others, to be aware of my thoughts and actions and words, to make time for happiness, to live the life I want to live, to be healthy, to be there for others and let others be there for me, and to expect nothing and to be grateful for everything.

Thank you, to everyone who made 2011 as wonderful as it was. Here’s to a new year - to health, to peace, to success, to happiness, to family and friends, to love and to life.
